July 2026 - "The Steak" sandwich - $16.15 Cool clean spot, clean (pricey) food, but the portions were so small. Barely any steak in the sandwich. I could have bought a chicken bowl for $14 down the street

I don't think I'll be returning to this franchise. It’s mid and overpriced. The sandwiches I got the last two times I ordered have been so sad. I paid $12.30 for two hard pieces of bread and skimpy ingredients. Not sure if the workers are told to skimp on ingredients or if they’re just not paid enough to care, but something needs to change. The coffee is fine.

the service is great the lady at the counter helped us pick out our order very well and it was all great. i got the miami glow and i really liked it

Nice place, but not great flavor. Paid $31 for slop. I wish I could get a refund. I’m sorry it just wasn’t good. The power shake was too watery not thick at all flavor just like chocolate milk from the grocery store. I expected better quality than this especially in downtown area. The smoothie Miami glow looks pretty but taste like blueberries and freezer. It doesn’t even have blueberries. I would’ve enjoyed a true shake thick and creamy for the smoothie I have no idea I just wish it was tastier… maybe a blue purple or red color and more strawberry banana flavor. I definitely could make this better at home!

Love the music at this location! Amazing menu! Time from ordering to delivery of my cappuccino was a little longer than the competition. I had to ask what the status is and she stated she was working on it. Just some helpful feedback.The receptionist was super friendly and a great ambassador for the brand. Well done!
